The goal is to rehabilitate a building standing since more than a century while respecting the original construction. The project plans to develop 8 rental apartments and 4 duplex lofts at the garden level, respecting the current comfort norms. A piece countant the entrance and the common premises is built on the eastern front, visible from the town road. This extension brings a fresh touch to the tenement while reveaving the existing bulding by transparency.

The general layout of the site takes into account the exeptional quality of the environment. Shared common areas such as the park on the Dorlay side and the common courtyard provide many extras that allow peaple to maintain good relationships while a bucolic living.

The location of houses follows the morphology of ground to make the most of the gardens. All houses are accessibility standards for disabled people. The town road is widened after work to facilitate the movement of vehicles.

It is a detached house over two levels with undeveloped attic. The project consists of an extension to optimize natural lighting and improve the entry and kitchen.

All external joinery will be refurbished in PVC double glazing. Limited by budget, thermal insulation initially planned by outside will finally carried inside. Alarge opening 5 meters in height will perfomed by a recovery sub-masonry work to create a specific space of the large living-room. The house is not connected to le gas network. Il will be heated by electric heaters inertia.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Building of a newsstand of sale in a shopping centre in Saint Etienne[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Idea is to occupy this space of passage in the shopping centre by a newsstand of quality sale which distinguishes itself from traditional picture. The code of colors: green, brown and white gives an image of freshness that recalls the meadow land.

To accentuate the feeling of being on a patio filled with light in the sky, the ground is covered with tiles printed pattern lawn. The terms of polished concrete bar and front sheet metal in acid worked to position themselves traditional appearance in contrast to LEDs, laser cut letters and teaches plexyglas. The kiosk welcomes guests with an elegant sympathy.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Rehabilitation of an apartment in Saint Etienne[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]When the young owner acquired this apartment in downtown Saint Etienne, she wanted to make it more modern after a development following her personal needs. The wall detween the living room and the former main bedroom was pulled down to create a large and fluent room incorporating the kitchen, dining room and living room. The old kitchen became an office. All the simple glazing wood windows, deformed by time, ware replaced by the PVC windows with shutter, whose box is embedded in the former curtain’s box.

The result is visible: the dark and old-fashioned apartment finds back its luminosity, very pleasant to live.
