Two apartments give on the place and two others give on the street of the Republic and a patio.
Spaces of the living are fluid without strict separation. The rather important height under ceiling (2,70m) of the old offices leaves freedom work on the shape of the false ceilings. The care to treat until the details of the sanitary appliances gives an indication of quality to the future purchasers.
Certain details are defined with the future purchasers so that spaces are personalized.
