[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Rehabilitation of a House in Saint Etienne :[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The house to be rehabilitated is situated in a very former lot where houses are quite aligned in strips. The result of the outer works has to respect the environment: update without shocking.
To improve the thermal performance, an insulation around is completed on the south facade part of the staircase. On the north side of the house, towards the garden, a completely glazed porch was created to enlarge the stay and get closer to the nature. A big opening was drilled to connect the stay and the porch. When we are under the porch, il seems to be outside while taking advantage of the comfort of the inside (heating, communication with the kitchen).
The fence and the wicket of access of the garden were redone aluminum.
