Renovation of an apartment in Saint-Etienne
Upon purchasing this apartment, the young couple not only wanted to refresh the interior looks, but also extend the bathroom and rearrange the dark hall.
After assessing the state of the place, architect agency CRISTAL A.B. suggested to tear down the dividing wall between the hall and the living room, to recover the corridor between the former bathroom and the cloakroom, and to set up a stretch ceiling covering the living room, the dining room and the entry hall. The cloakroom was turned around, thus becoming more accessible. The kitchen was renovated almost at the end of the works, despite the contracting authority not having planned it.
After the works, the apartment is bright and appears wider.
These works were delivered in May 2017.
